Intention Regeneration & Authentic Connection

Sound · Ground · Sip brings people together at Arizona vineyards and open land to slow down, connect, and experience the relationship between what grows from the earth and what lives inside us.

This is a gathering to remember, to restore, and to regenerate — yourself and the greater all.

We illuminate wine as wellness — a beautiful, unhurried pour of Arizona wine alongside Wild Tonic jun, held in good company, in a place worth being.

Everyone is welcome at this table. No wine knowledge needed. No wellness background required. Just show up.

The Three Elements

01

Sound

Fermentation and frequency as medicine. Allow your body to relax in nature and receive beautiful sound bowls from a local practitioner. Shift from doing to being — like the vines and the trees around you. Plants grow in resonance. So do we.

02

Ground

We meet on Verde Valley land — sacred soil both for the plants that flourish here and, when our feet connect with it, for our nervous systems.

03

Sip

A beautiful, unhurried pour. Arizona wine in moderation as regular ritual and community. Wild Tonic jun as its equal companion. We explore what connects the health of a vine to the health of the person holding the glass — both shaped by the same soil.

Land Acknowledgement

Sound · Ground · Sip gathers on the ancestral homelands of the Yavapai and Apache peoples — land that has been tended, known, and held sacred since time immemorial. We acknowledge the Yavapai-Prescott Indian Tribe and the Yavapai-Apache Nation as the original stewards of this territory, whose deep relationship with this soil, these mountains, and this sky continues today.

Before settlement, the Yavapai people stewarded more than ten million acres across west-central Arizona. We carry that history with us as we gather here.

We honor the past, present, and future elders, knowledge-keepers, and community members of these nations.
